A ceramic coating is a liquid glass-like polymer that chemically bonds to your clear coat and cures into a hard, sacrificial layer. Unlike wax — which sits on top and washes away in a month or two — a coating becomes part of the surface and protects for years against UV fading, bird droppings, bug acid, tree sap, road film, and light chemical etching.
The biggest day-to-day difference is how slick it is. Water sheets off instead of clinging, dirt struggles to stick, and washing becomes up to 10× easier — most coated cars just need a rinse and a pH-neutral wash. Gloss depth also jumps noticeably, because the coating fills and levels the microscopic texture of your paint.
Depending on the tier we apply, expect 2 to 5+ years of protection instead of the 4–8 weeks a wax gives you.
We wash, clay bar, and paint-correct before coating. A coating locks in whatever is under it, so the paint has to be right first.
Hard, hydrophobic, candy-deep shine that keeps looking fresh between washes instead of fading with the first rain.
Standalone coating pricing depends on vehicle size, paint condition, and how long you want the coating to last. Text us photos or use the quote form for an exact number.
